How does Galileo compare to traditional health insurance?
Galileo is a health care provider with our own team of clinicians who provide care directly. We are not an insurance plan.
How does Galileo work if my employees don’t have insurance?
Your employees don’t need insurance to receive care with Galileo, care in the app is covered in the monthly cost per employee.
Some of my employees already have health insurance.
Can I still offer Galileo?
Galileo works with all businesses, regardless of whether you offer insurance. If you currently provide insurance for your team, they can add their insurance details to their Galileo profile. In the event that they need to be referred to in-person procedures, such as specialist visits or labs, we will use these details to ensure they stay in-network.

How do I manage my team memberships?
Once you sign up for Galileo, you’ll have access to a group profile, where you’ll be able to add or remove team members as needed. Anytime you add a new team member, they’ll receive an email to download the app and get started.
