They will meet you where you are in a non-judgmental way and support you as you decide on and work toward your health goals, from making new changes to finding a way to keep healthy habits long term.

- Get and stay motivated
- Provide accountability
When you're in a program that utilizes coaches, you'll be assigned a coach at the start of the program. You'll have frequent check-ins with your coach via video or text as you decide on your goals and work toward them. As you make progress, your check-ins will become less frequent.
