What’s covered (and not covered) by Galileo?
All care provided on Galileo is covered and you won’t incur any out-of-pocket costs for any of the services on the app. When Galileo refers you to in-person procedures, such as specialist visits or labs, this will go through your Medicaid plan.

How is my plan changing in 2025?
Virtual First plans will be replaced by similar UnitedHealthcare Individual & Family ACA Marketplace plans in 2025. Starting in 2025, care from Galileo will be available at the same cost as in-person primary care visits.
In 2025, Galileo will be available as a virtual in-network provider with all of UnitedHealthcare’s Individual & Family ACA Marketplace plans.
