Get to know you
As soon as you join Galileo, we’ll connect you to your personal care team. A dedicated lead medical provider and health advocate will support you throughout your Galileo experience, along with our team of experts in specialty medical care, mental health, and social work.
Meet your care team for a full check-in
Your first appointment is longer than a traditional doctor’s appointment to leave plenty of time for your providers to get to know you. We will:
- Review your medical history and specific health concerns in detail
- Take vital signs like blood pressure, height and weight. If your visit is virtual, we’ll review your latest readings together
- Review all of your medications
- Spend time meeting the other members of your family and/or any caregivers present
Seamless coordination across specialists when needed
Galileo can work with any of your existing specialists to manage your care. Our own robust internal network of specialist providers also means that you can be treated without the need for additional doctors and visits.
Convenient and reliable support 24/7
As a Galileo patient, you have access to around-the-clock support. Anytime you have a health concern or question (even in the middle of the night), you can call or text us. Our doctors can treat you over the phone, or take care of any next steps needed.
